I met Whitney at the most perfect time✨ When we first met and I started doing sessions with her, I was so stuck in my head. Constantly reeling, seriously lacking in self love, worth, value and purpose. I had spent the majority of my life living for others, so much so that others needs became more valuable and important than my own. I was so full of doubt and seriously wondering WTF my purpose even was. Living in patterns of trauma, control, grief, distrust, loss. Seriously lacking in self worth and value, oh yeah did I mention I was a sceptic? In my first session with Whitney, I remember thinking, does this shit work? Is It even real? After that I thought aw what the hell, just let go and we’ll find out, at least I took some time for myself to do something to nurture me.

When I did that, when I let go it was like I went completely blank drifting in and out of my body. I know it sounds bizarre but I actually had pictures flashing of me and Whitney having a verbal conversation even though there were absolutely no words exchanged. By the time it was done I felt light as a feather and fuzzy all over, I could not even put thoughts to words, I had no thoughts!!! And for a person stuck in fight or flight for years that is a huge fucking deal! My second session with Whitney scared the bejesus out of me at first! All I could do by the end was cry-ALL FUCKING DAY! I had been subconsciously suppressing all of my wounds for so long that this day was by far one of the best gifts she could have possibly given me, I needed that safe space of acknowledgment, validation & release and by taking the time to feel it all, my life began to change.It was during that time that I realized without a doubt, that this was for me! It was time to start shifting out of survival mode and begin living again… to begin feeling again. So I purchased a meditation. It allowed me to calm down, self regulate, relax and begin feeling into my body again on my own at home. I needed more! So I purchased a class and holy shit, the possibilities of life began to open more and more so much so that it put my mind and body in a bit of a fog. I began receiving information and knowledge on a level I have never known before and it wasn’t on a level of judgement, authority or hierarchy but rather a creation of a safe place where I could explore the light that was hidden, buried inside of me the whole fucking time!And then it happened, Whitney opened a 12 month container and to be completely honest, at first I panicked. My autopilot mentally told me I could never afford it, this is not for you. But the light inside of me burned. Telling me this is yours, take the fucking leap! You are worth it! And I am so fucking grateful that I listened to that light inside that was so small at the time. The more that I do in these classes, the more I receive, the more I learn how to receive. The more I integrate the things I learn, the brighter my light shines… and it expands through all areas of my life. Before I did this, I had no idea how clouded my lense of life really was. Being jaded, hurt, living in control and resistance as though I was frozen in place. And now? The light re ignited inside, shines brighter than it ever has. I am living again. My relationships at home and at work are encompassed primarily with freedom, space and flow… and my perspective, is completely different than what it once was. I am not saying that I have it all together because I absolutely do not. However, I do have more love, compassion and respect for myself. I do feel like I am growing and expanding even outside of class and I AM SO FUCKING GRATEFUL, to be where I am today and to have a mentor who is a badass magical fucking unicorn!
